Shipping

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1 business day.

Personalized or custom-designed orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for production.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS for fast and reliable worldwide delivery.

Please provide a physical address when placing your order. Shipping carriers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from my US warehouse, while all international orders are dispatched directly from Turkey.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is always my top priority. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact me first and I will do my best to help.
