1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Origin
All products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Turkey. We ship internationally using trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and carrier delays.
Standard Shipping:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Express Shipping (FedEx International Priority):
- United States & Canada: 2–3 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 2–4 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–5 business days
- Rest of World: 3–6 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see our website for current promotions.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Towel Lify Gifts has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.
7. Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@towelifygifts.com and we will investigate the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Towel Lify Gifts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@towelifygifts.com before your order is shipped.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
